张晓波，男，博士，2019年9月毕业于北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院 信息与通信工程专业，发表学术论文8篇，其中SCI检索论文6篇，EI检索论文2篇,申请发明专利2项（授权1项）。主要研究方向：压缩感知、MIMO、组合设计。
