刘伟华，男，博士，讲师，郑州轻工业大学计算机与通信工程学院。1989年出生，祖籍河南。2018年毕业于中国科学院大学信息工程研究所，同年至郑州轻工业大学计算机与通信工程学院工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项；发表科研论文9篇，4篇SCI收录、5篇EI收录，授权发明专利1项。
